A summer weekend retreat in the english countryside

July carries expansive, outward-moving energy. It is the most yang time of the year - a season of warmth, connection and joy. Life is in full bloom.

This weekend retreat is an invitation to explore what it means to rest within that fullness - to stay open and creative, without burning out or pushing through. To discover how presence, attention and slowing down allow us to meet life more lovingly, right where we are.

You can expect long, unhurried practices with Sara that balance mandala and vinyasa flow with slow, restorative sessions - alongside plenty of time to simply be, do what brings you joy, and move at your own pace. 

A nourishing weekend of practice, offering warmth, steadiness and space - to carry back into everyday life.

These weekend retreats are run through Yogahome (my main studio in stoke newington) and all bookings will be handled through them!

LOCATION: SELENE HOUSE, SEVEN OATS, KENT (only 25 mins from London Bridge)

Each retreat follows a gentle, supportive structure, with plenty of free time to rest or explore.

  • Arrival on Friday 5.30pm, departure on Sunday 2:00pm.

  • Four yoga sessions over the weekend, blending dynamic and restorative practices

  • Nourishing vegetarian meals, freshly prepared and thoughtfully balanced

  • Massage and bodywork therapies available to book during your stay

  • Nature walks through the surrounding grounds

  • Outdoor sauna and cold plunge for deep restoration and circulation

  • Natural swimming pool for refreshing dips and quiet reflection

  • Table tennis, table football, badminton, croquet

  • Everything is optional - you’re encouraged to listen to your body and take what you need
