MANDALA VINYASA: SUMMER SOLSTICE
The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year – a moment when the sun reaches its peak and the world is bathed in light. It’s a time of fullness and vitality, when nature is expansive and alive. Across many traditions, the solstice has long been honoured as a celebration of life, connection, and the radiant power of the sun.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, summer is the most yang time of year, and is governed by the Fire element. Fire represents joy, love, creativity and authentic expression – the warmth that allows us to connect deeply with ourselves and others. It invites us to live with openness and to share what is true in our hearts.
In this immersive 2 hour workshop, we’ll explore the energetics of summer through guided meditation, breathwork, creative mandala vinyasa and nourishing yin. Our practice will tune into the heart and small intestine meridian pathways – the energetic channels of the Fire element – helping to cultivate joy, openness and emotional balance.
Together we’ll honour the fullness of the season, the magic of the solstice, and reconnect to the warmth and radiance within.

UNWIND + REST
Join me for my new workshop at Yogahome: unwind + rest - a special 2 hour embodied yin and restorative practice - an invitation to unravel, unwind, and drop into the inner landscape of your body.
In this rich, embodied practice, we’ll explore the body as a fluid, responsive system. Long-held yin postures, deeply supported restorative shapes, gentle breathwork, and time for complete stillness invite you to settle, release habitual tension, and allow the nervous system to soften.
This is a space to listen from within, to feel the subtleties of breath and tissue, to drop into gravity, and to experience the wisdom that lives in the body itself. Rather than directing movement, we follow the body’s natural intelligence - giving it time to reorganise, integrate, and restore.
Together, we’ll create a slow, nourishing pause in the rhythm of the season - so that as summer unfolds, you can meet it feeling grounded and deeply resourced.
