MANDALA VINYASA: SPRING EQUINOX

Join me on Friday 20th March 6:30-8:30pm, for a mandala vinyasa workshop to honour the Spring Equinox.

The Spring Equinox marks a moment of balance - day and night standing equal - before the light begins to rise.

It’s a sacred threshold between what has been resting and what is ready to grow. Through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is governed by the Wood element: the energy of rebirth, vision, and gentle forward movement. It invites us to soften stagnation, reconnect to our inner compass, and allow new life to emerge.

In this immersive two-hour workshop, we’ll explore the energetics of spring through guided meditation, breathwork, mandala vinyasa, and nourishing yin, creating space for clarity, inspiration and renewal.

Testimonial

‘I first practiced with Sara almost 3 years ago and have followed her from studio to studio, soon onto her first solo retreat.
Sara’s teaching is so full of soul. It is kind, safe, energising, vibey, soothing, yummy, inspiring - somehow it’s always exactly what you need it to be.

There have been real shifts, not only in my practice but in my life since meeting Sara. She is a wonderful teacher and a beautiful human.’
