a little piece of retreat life, brought to London.
On Sunday 31st January 2027, join us for a day immersed in the things that make you feel good: movement, breath, nourishing food, rest, laughter and the company of wonderful people.
A chance to step out of the usual city rhythm and make space for inspiration. To experience and move your body in new ways. To reconnect with the wisdom held within these practices. To be around people who inspire you, make you laugh and invite you to see life in new ways.
If you've ever met Soph and me on retreat, you'll know just how much magic and laughter happens when we're together. For those who haven't, Soph has been such a special part of my retreats over the years, bringing her transformational Kriya expertise, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage and all-round joy into the spaces we create. If you've been thinking about joining a retreat but haven't been able to make it happen yet, this is a chance to get a little taste of what they're all about.

ABOUT US
SARA
Sara’s classes are fluid, dynamic and breath-led, blending intelligent, creative sequencing with space for personal intention and exploration.
With over 500 hours of training, her studies span Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Mandala Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, flexibility and mobility, Embodied Rest, Thai Yoga Massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Advaita Vedanta. Alongside her own studies, she has assisted and taught on multiple trainings alongside her teacher Daniela Garza Rios, deepening her experience of sharing these practices with others.
At the heart of her teaching is the belief that yoga invites us back into relationship with ourselves, the world around us, and the divine interconnectedness of it all. Yoga is a practice of listening, remembering and reconnecting. It’s a coming home. A surrender to the magic available to you in this very moment, this very breath.
Each class weaves together the wisdom of yoga philosophy with creative movement, breath, music and intention. Thoughtfully structured yet intuitive, her classes balance depth with joy and exploration, offering an embodied and spacious practice.

“Retreating with sara was utterly magical. she created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere and everything was so thoughtfully planned for us, I felt completely looked after. the creative and flowing classes were the most gorgeous way to start each day - thank you for encouraging us to make the practice whatever we wanted it to be. I always feel so supported and held in your yoga classes and they allow me to face whatever comes up in my mind and to work through challenges, thank you! The whole week felt like a giant hug!”
