BARCELONA 2025
Sara's retreat felt skillfully and lovingly curated with the right level of movement, rest and rejuvenation. We were treated to extended yoga classes, evening yin on the roof, delicious, healthy plant-based meals and additional activities such as Pilates, kriya, breathwork and a sound bath - all of which contributed to an enriching, nourishing experience.
