EASTER MONDAY MORNING FLOW

Join me on Monday 21st April, Easter Monday (and a bank holiday in the UK!) for a juicy vinyasa flow style practice. You can expect meditation, pranayama, creative vinyasa and lots of time for rest and integration. We’ve just entered Taurus season and so the themes of grounding, pleasure and presence will feature. We’ll move in an embodied and spacious way, marinating in the moments in between, tending to our breath and cultivating an earthy steadiness that supports everything you’re expanding towards.
